Delete your Arctrack account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Arctrack account and the data associated with it. We honor every verified request.

How to request deletion

• From the email address linked to your Arctrack account, email us at hzahran.dev@gmail.com.
• Use the subject line “Delete my account.”
• We verify the request and confirm by email once your account and data have been removed.

What gets deleted

When we process your request, we permanently remove:

• Your account and profile (name, email, sign-in identifiers)
• Your projects, phases, tasks, contracts, and variation orders
• Your transactions, financial ledger, claims, and retention records
• Your contacts and uploaded documents, photos, and attachments

What may be retained, and for how long

We delete your data from our active systems within 30 days of a verified request. A limited amount of information may be kept where retention is required by law (for example, financial or tax records) or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Anything retained is deleted once that obligation ends, and backups are purged on our regular backup-rotation cycle.
