By accessing or using Arctrack, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
Arctrack offers optional paid subscriptions. Payment is charged to your app-store account, and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your app-store account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Arctrack is a record-keeping and project-management tool only. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and the decisions you make based on it. Always confirm important figures, contracts, and obligations with a qualified accountant, lawyer, or other professional.
You agree to use Arctrack only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not use the app for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or upload content you do not have the right to store.
You retain ownership of the business and financial records you enter. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, and sync your data to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of critical records.
We work to keep Arctrack reliable, but the app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arctrack and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app, at our discretion and without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or harms other users or the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of the UAE.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
